    New User; first post.

I have been using a non-Adobe workflow for about 4 years.  I have tried On1 a couple times over the last four years, but could never get the hang of it.

This all changed with On1 2019(Beta).   As someone who likes to work in RAW, the 2019Beta workflow seems fairly quick.  The time it takes for me to get from out-of-camera to finished image is already good and is getting better as I develop my own presets.

The part that I am finding the most useful is the unique mask/layer integration.
The next best feature is all of the training videos that got me up to speed quickly.

I see a lot of opportunity to polish the DAM.  But, as this seems to be the first try, I have to say it is better than I would expect.

In a weird way, I am also quite pleased with the 2019Beta exercise.  It takes a lot of guts to throw out a known incomplete work as it open you up for all kinds or criticism.  To credit of On1 technical support and  the development team, feedback from even a first time user lie myself was accepted and reviewed seriously.  (This is a much different experience than I have received from other vendors.)

I am not exactly sure where support or development lives, but next time I am in the area, the first round is on me.

I have had my gripes, but I absolutely agree with the above posts. Issues are addressed with speed and courtesy, and what ON1 has achieved in a relatively short time is nothing short of amazing. There are of course teething problems, as is with all new software, but I am confident that all will be resolved in time. Kudos to ON1.
