    Can you be more specific?

I saw that too and sent tech support a note. I'll post whatever I get back from them.

Don't start deleting anything unless tech support says it's the only way.

When I use a local adjustment none of the icons (bright, dark, vibrance, detail) work. I can move the sliders and the adjustments work but I can't click on the icons and have them work. They do work in 2018. They have not worked in beta 1 or 2 or in the Final release.

I am on a Windows machine. All of the icons in the local adjustment immediately change the image. I tried it using the legacy local adjustment as well as the new local adjustment. They all worked for me.

I inverted the mask to all white before hand to make sure I was affecting the whole image.

There have been lots of complaints about this today. Whitney is looking into it at the moment and I'm trying a few things for her....

    Will update later.

Rick did you find anything out as to the Local Adjustments presets not working and an empty drop down list?

I received the following from On1. I downloaded the cleaner and ran it. Then downloaded 2019 and installed. The new version runs fine. All the icons show and on the more button all the choices are there. Thanks Stevie

    Hello,

We're investigating some user reports of issues with Local Adjustment panes.

If you change your font scaling to 100% does this correct the issue with preset icons?
If it doesn't we would recommend preforming a clean install of ON1 PHOTO RAW 2019.

Follow the steps outlined in this knowledge base article for backing up import presets, etc and uninstalling. These uninstall scripts have been recently updated:

    https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/206500417-Uninstall-the-ON1-Software-Products

You can then download our current installer from here:
    Mac:
    http://ononesoft.cachefly.net/photoraw2019/mac/gm_6139/ON1_Photo_RAW_2019.dmg

    Win:
    http://ononesoft.cachefly.net/photoraw2019/win/gm_6139/ON1_Photo_RAW_2019.exe

Let us know if you need further assistance. Thanks for choosing and using ON1 Software!

Stephen, I had to go out, but didn't hear anything from Whitney yet. I expect what Michael is posting will be the general solution.

Worked for me too. I still don't have anything official from tech support about it even though I sent the problem in yesterday. Hmmm...
