ON1Sandbox quit unexpectedly

    Never saw a sandbox problem before. You'll need to submit a support ticket and include a copy of the On1 logs.

    BTW, support is running behind, don't expect an immediate response.

    I noticed on1sandbox was sending massive amounts of data back to somewhere (I can only assume on1). By massive I mean 256 gigs of data within less than an hour. I don't know what kind of games they are playing but I moved the on1sandbox app and blocked it with my firewall if it does get run. On1 2019 works fine without it and I wonder if on1sandbox is data mining and not doing anything more since On1 2019 runs fine without it.

    I am using a Mac so I was able to find the two pieces of software (on1 2019 and on1sandbox through the firewall. I made the mistake of renaming it without figuring out where it was. Now I can't find it. I will post back here if I do and let you know where it hides.
