Migrating from Lightroom to Photo Raw 2019
Hi all, I already had 2018 which upgraded to 2018.5 but due to problems I was having with it and then my Mum passed away and I never got around to properly using it. I'm now in a position to try and get back to my photography and want to really get going with ON1 so I've just dowloaded 2019 that I paid for some weeks ago.
When I downloaded it I put a tick in the box to delete all previous ON1 stuff because I wanted to start completely from scratch. But....it hasn't deleted 2018.5 at all....it's still all there completely intact! So then I watched the training video on how to migrate all my images from LR and thought great, this is easy.....lol. When I open the file menu it's nothing like the one in the video and I don't even have the 'plug-in extras' option at all and all except 4 options are greyed out anyway! In fact, the file menu is virtually the same as 2018.5.
I really don't understand what is going on and I'm quickly losing faith in ON1 because nothing seems to work (I'm using Mac High Sierra by the way)
Please, please could someone help me to sort this out

The latest version is 2019(13.0.0.6139) just so were talking about the same thing. Others have also mentioned that 2018 was not removed.
I would suggest that you manually remove On1 and reinstall, but if you do that you'll need to rebuild catalogs and add all of your extras again.
If you want to do that, enter 'Uninstall' in the search box above and you'll find a FAQ with a link to an Uninstall utility.

Thanks Rick, I'll have a look.

Rick, Downloaded the On1 uninstall facility as you suggested, wiped of both versions and reinstalled Just 2019. When I get some time I'll import some images from LR and have a play. I am a bit concerned about the amount of 2018 rubbish that's still left on my hd though after using their own utility that says it removes absolutely everything! Very strange.
Anyway, thank you for your help.
