I have my image file on a G-Raid thunderbolt 2 external drive configured a Raid 1 array (physically 2 - 2GB disks). When I use the filter panel or do a keyword search, the results panel shows two "versions" of each image on the Raid array - one with the images thumbnail, the second simply a black space in the grid, but with all the naming and metadata attached. The black space cannot be accessed or deleted - giving a message that it is on a protected drive. The black space image does not appear for any images on the iMac hard drive or another non-raid hard drive I occasionally attach to access archived images.
I've submitted a trouble report on this issue twice - once during the Beta period and once after the general release, but other than a "we received your report" type message have heard nothing back from Development.
Am I the only user with their images on a Raid 1 configuration having this issue? I find that hard to believe but maybe I'm the only user who is using the specific G-Raid drive I use. Would be interested if anyone else has experienced this problem and/or found a resolution.
