 Is there any way to rotate text

  There is no function built in to photo raw to rotate text. Text seems to be on it's own independent layer which is not accessible like other layers, otherwise we could use the Move tool to rotate it even if it didn't have that ability on it's own.

  Depending on how intricate your text is, you might be able to work around the problem. You can create your text on a blank layer (just invert the layer mask) and export it, then if you add the exported file as a layer you'll be able to move, resize and rotate it like any other layer. Exporting as a PNG will keep the background transparent.

  They need to have text on it's own layer in the layers panel then we would have all the tools to edit the text.
