Why Don't Imported LUTs show in the Quick Browser Filter pane on the left

I know I can access the imported LUTs through the LUT filter under Effects, but the Quick Browser image icons are much easier to sort through. But the Quick Browser only shows the pre-installed LUTs.

Am I missing something here?

  I think the pre-installed LUTs and some of the additional LUT packs come with their own presets that add a LUT Effects Filter with corresponding LUT file selected. It is the presets that are showing up in Quick Browse.

  If you select one of these then just clicking on it will replace any existing Effects filters. To add a LUT on top of any other filters that you have already set up you will need to insert the LUT preset. On Mac this is <Option>+click.

  Nothing to stop you adding your own LUT presets for any imported LUTs that haven't come with their own.
