Actually, yes. I had PR2019 open in Browse but was busy doing something else. After not even switching to it for 20 minutes, and for no reason that I know of, PC started lagging, mouse sticking, screen blank for 20-30 seconds. After this went on for a while I shut On1 down. I've started it up since and all seems to be OK again.

My version is 6139 and I use catalogs. (This was not the same as a catalog issue)

I'm using 6139 and not using catalogs; if I leave the program open for a while not using it I find it also getting "stuck". (so its not the cataloging doing it.....

Other than that though it seems to be working for the most part. Still dealing with a few of the common bugs and hiccupps though...

How can I get 6177. I am having some issues I hope this version might solve.

I am also on build 6177. After applying a few effects and then adding a local adjustment I found my pen lagging while brushing in the adjustment. The program appears to stall for no reason. I am not using Catalogs as I have deleted them following earlier problems. Checking on Task Mgr I notice On1 is only using about 5Gb RAM and a low CPU %. My unit has 16Gb RAM and an Nvidia 960 GPU with 2 Gb RAM, so On1 does not appear to use all the resources available.

ON1 should be having a major public update available within the next couple weeks I'm suspecting. Hopefully it'll address what many are complaining about.

I have 6139 version and when i check for updates it says "it's up to date", maybe Windows version is 6139 and Mac 6177?

Version 6177 may be a test version that support is discretely sending out as a fix to certain customers, perhaps?

I had an issue, that application couldn't be used from the start. Mouse hanging and whole OS becomes unusable. For me helped disabling windows media player in windows features. I am using Windows 10. Start->Turn Windows features on or off->Media Features->Windows Media Player. It helped starting to use the application, but as soon as RAW files are cataloged, going through that catalog, makes computer unresponsive again. Therefore I have decided to use ON1 solely for JPEG images, because processing and navigating raw files that way to much time. So I make Canon DPP raw edits, export to JPEG and than turn on ON1.

Btw, catalog indexing indicator pie chart is not full even after a whole night of allowing app to remain open to consolidate itself. ON1 2018 worked much better, so this is one step ahead for the UX and features, but several steps behind for usability:(

Jim/Allessandro, 6177 is a test version. The On1 guys sent it to solve an issue with exporting that I had with 6139.

I've had recent problems pop up with the cursor in Browse.  It has been working fine until this week, now when I return to Browse from Edit, the cursor will move around the screen, but I can't click on anything (except to minimize the screen or close) or scroll or use the arrow keys to move around.  I have to close the program and reopen PR.  The cursor will work fine in Browse again, but if I go out of Browse and return, the cursor stops working.  I can minimize the PR screen and the cursor works fine in any other program.
