Migrating ON1 to a new MacBook Pro
I am in the process of moving from an old MacBook Pro to a new MacBook Pro (running Mojave). I have ON1 Photo Raw 2019 installed on both. However, it is not clear how to migrate my existing catalog to the new machine. Has anyone worked out how to do this?
In fact, it is not even clear where the catalog is! Most software keeps it in ~/Pictures, but ON1 seems to put it in
~/Library/Application Support/ON1/ON1 Photo RAW 2019/ExploreService,
in some very opaque form. It is not clear what to copy to the new machine. In fact, I tried copying the whole of
~/Library/Application Support/ON1/ON1 Photo RAW 2019
This at least copied over all my presets, but not my catalog, as far as I can see.
ON1 official support was less than useful on this ("We do not have backup/migration ability in our software, which is being considered for a future release.")
Any insights? Which files to I need to copy over, and how do I get ON1 Photo RAW 2019 on the new machine to recognise them?

If you managed to get your presets moved over then you're ahead of the game. You won't be able to move your catalog over, but you can re-create it. Just get your Photos to the new machine in the same folder structure as the old one and create the same catalog just as you did before. On1 will rebuild it using the sidecar files. It will take a while, but it will do the trick. If you had albums, you'll need to re-create those yourself.

That sounds like a pretty poor implementation especially if you have hundreds of GBs of data.
The metadata and catalogue should be in a portable form in which you can simply copy between drives.
