I can't even download the update. Keeps saying download failed. Maybe I am lucky it isn't downloading....

2019 has been nothing but issues for me they are the facts I had no issues with 2018 download and install at your own risk right now I'm trying to resurrect I failed driver update

On1 2019? A big poo full of bugs. Re install or use 2018, it's less disappointing.

Can anyone share the first version of 2019 with me through dropbox or google drive. I have not heard from support.  I have deleted it from my hard drive 2019.1 is causing me major graphics & driver issues

Hi, Jean thanks appreciate it. Support sent me a link to 2019 first release and I have 2018 running that's what I am using now.

Question about uninstalling 2019.1 and reinstalling 2019 looks like I need to deactivate 2019 install in my account prior the uninstall does that literally reset back to 0?

It just removes one from the five installs you could have. If you didn't do it, you could still install up to five times and if the count maxed out it can be reset in your On1 account allowing you to start over.
