Edited Photo Reverting Back

I am editing a photo in On1 then exporting it as "Prevent Overwrite" (which I assume means it will save it as another file and leave my original photo alone?) but when I email the edited photo to myself and upload it to Instagram, the photo reverts back to its original state before I share it. 

What am I doing wrong?

  Stephanie, you need to provide more details on what you're doing and which files you're referring to. There is not enough info here to see what's going wrong.

  I believe "Prevent Overwrite" means that if you have exported the same file already, on1 will add "copy" to the file name to distinguish it from the previous export.

  I can't say about your email problem.

  @Stephanie - make sure you are emailing yourself the "exported" file. A good idea would be to change the name and/or location of the exported file. You can do this in the export panel.
