Downloading RAW 2019

I have tried to download the new RAW 2019 more than a dozen times over the last week or so and it ALWAYS fails after 380 MB to 420 MB. It just loses the connection. Apparently, the way the download is set up, you have to start over from zero instead of continuing from the point it failed, so I have never gotten the entire download. Very frustrating. Is there any secondary, more reliable download link available? I download files of this size without issues from other sources. It should be about a 40 minute download at my speeds.
