9 months and still no support for Canon .cr3 files?

What gives OnOne? It’s such a drag to have to convert to dng then edit. :-(

  Hi Richard,

  We are working on this one. We are unfortunately waiting on key components from Canon in order to make support for CR3 possible. We are working hard to make this format usable as soon as we can. I do apologize for the inconvenience. There is a DNG converter that you can use as a workaround in the meantime: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/adobe-dng-converter.html

  Incredible that CR3 for Canon EOS R & EOS RP still isn't supported yet.  FYI Adobe, Capture One, and now DxO Photolab all supports the format.  What is the ETA?  I don't want to give up on ON1 since it's my favorite interface right now at a great price.
