Cannot Move Cache

Just upgraded to 2019.2

 

Previews were not opening so I thought I would move the cache which was on an external drive to an internal drive

 

Keep getting error 1031 which states that there is an error in moving the cache?

 

Any advice??

  I can't find anything about this in the FAQs. You might try clearing the cache first if you haven't already. Other than that I'd suggest you send the error in to Tech support and ask them.
