If you right-click on your thumbnail you'll get a menu of options. Or, with the thumbnail highlighted click on the 'Edit' button on the upper right. The easiest way is to check out the shortcuts on the context (right-click) menu - you can open a thumbnail in any of the tabs with one keypress.

Andreas, you should send in a support request and include a copy of your On1 logs. There may be a problem causing On1 to hang and the logs might indicate that. Make sure you you describe exactly what happens in the details of the request.

    Thanks for your comments.

I think, the problem is my graphics card/driver on my hi resolution notebook- Win10 pro,Nvidia GTX 960M / 3840x2160 (using other resolution the same problem). The thumbnail view does not work correctly on this machine - maybe a refresh problem.

I have installed ON1 on my other -desktop- computer.  There I don't have THIS problem - BUT on this computer (it is a little bit older, but not so bad - 16 GB RAM,SSDs, nvidia-graphic...)  its not possible to work with ON1 - it is SO SLOW...

I use also Capture one(7), RawTherapee,Silkypix,AfterShot and others. These all are working.

Shame about the money for ON1, it seems to be useless for me...

As far as speed, you can try these tips.

Check that GPU driver is up to date
Make sure GPU is set for On1 to use it (see below)
Remove any On1 folders from the path of your Antivirus
       C:\Program Files\ON1
       C:\ProgramData\ON1
       C:\Users\(your name)\AppData\Roaming\ON1
Close the left panel while editing to prevent the previews updating constantly
Turn off cataloging. Remove everything from the catalog and work directly off of your drives.

I don't see any mention in this thread about checking that video card.

You should run through this and see if it helps.
