Is there any service/support free or paid such as the Apple Genius Bar for On1?

I need answers to simple questions that I am sure with a proficient user I could resolve  quickly without having to write novels to On1 that get you nowhere.

On1 in years past had always been available for direct/verbal conversation and was excellent at resolving issues in previous versions. 

I would be more than happy to utilize a paid service for help.

  Not that I've ever heard of. The only access I know of is to create a support ticket.

  If you do have simple questions, you can try posting them here but If they're tech related, then you're back to submitting a ticket.
