I assume you already know to use On1's uninstall script if you're going to uninstall anyway.

Are all of the export options off?

How about Quick export (CTRL - S) ?

You might as well check your disk for errors, maybe it CAN'T write the export.

    Rick,

I didn't try quick export as I usually just click export. I did use the script and I did try to export with nothing activated. The difference of before and after uninstalling and reinstalling was that I didn't get the saving popup before uninstalling where I did get it after the reinstall.

I went into Affinity and it took the photo and saved it no problems ... I hate to say it but it's this program glitching out I believe!

I was trying to save the photo as a certain size per my club's rules, in Affinity I just saved it!

I'm really am beginning to have a hate/love relationship with this program vs love/hate ... I hope a update of fixes comes very soon.

Tech support got back to me yesterday! I was surprised but maybe they're working OT to get things solved. They needed more info and  I sent them a link to my Google Drive with videos of the process. Unfortunately using the Windows screen capture software it didn't pick up the export dialog screen and everything I did so I had to explain it anyway. But they get to see what RAW did/does and the fact it didn't export a retouched JPEG.

    Vinny,

I am not sure if this applies, but if you ever need to snap a screen capture of a drop down menu, or something that disappears as soon as you move your mouse over to the Windows 10 snipping tool, try this:

Use a 5 second delay from the Delay menu in the snipping tool. Then tell use the New in the snipping tool to capture whatever you are wanting. The snipping tool waits for 5 seconds before it snips, so you can go over to PR and pull down the menu or whatever you are trying to capture and just wait.... The snipping tool will then capture the drop down menu once 5 seconds go by.

    Kevin,

Thanks for that! I was surprised to see that whatever video capture I'm using in Windows (I obviously DON'T know what I'm doing!) didn't capture the export screen. You just see my pointer floating to the areas with the browse window visible that are what I was touching in it. I will try the snippet tool next time. I only use this Windows embedded software for ON1 problems ... I've done about 10 so far and 2019 has been out for 4 (?) months!

    I appreciate the help!

I have been using the snippet tool that Kevin instructed me to use and have been sending ON1 complete screen shots now - Thanks Kevin!

BUT! the problem was on my side ... I was playing around with the Windows Ransomeware settings and included my personal file folder area to be protected. It wouldn't let ON1 write to it ... I found the problem by using DXO and trying to save a file. It did let Microsoft and I guess better known programs save as I wasn't having issues with anything else I was saving (Word, Notepad and Excel files).

    Self inflicted problems suck!

Because I was able to save to my folder "I knew" that there wasn't an issue. It was odd that RAW couldn't save anything at all. It wasn't until DXO threw the error that I suspected there was something up in my system. I tested both and they save stuff now!
