Appreciate this has been raised numerous times by a lot of people, this thread is simply to add my voice to this. I came to PR2019 from Lightroom and the performance when exporting is unacceptable.
Luckily for me we're in the rugby off-season and I'm generally snapping shots of the kids, however I am currently exporting 11 shots from the Easter weekend and it has taken over an hour. When the rugby season is back on, I will need to process and export far more.
It's not good enough to say support are working on it and an update is expected. Good customer service is about specified actions and communication, I note there are posts on these forums stretching back the best part of 6 months where people are complaining about this issue, so clearly it is not resolved and nor do we have any other information other than "we're looking into it."
I don't want to go down the path of getting a refund but I will if need be.
