Unfortunately, I'm a user that is unable to use Photo Raw 2019.5 as my 2008 Mac Pro 8 core 2.8 GHz running OS X 10.11.6 doesn't meet system requirements. It's been a good ride.

Yup - on my Mac the capture dates are not showing in the exif, thus the sort on Capture Date does nothing. Have tried reading metadata from image but that does nothing either. This release is the one that was to help me with my decision on whether to move from LR. Looks like ON1 have answered the question for me.

Seems the issue might be unique to my Fuji RAF files as all is ok with my nef and tiff files. I shoot an XT-20

Does anyone else have this problem? Since the update I can't use my Wacom tablet! Hover over causes a reaction, but for the rest I can't click anywhere. Is it possible to revert back to 2019.2?

As a measure of precaution based on past experience with ON1 version updates, I elected to "Leave old version Behind" when I upgraded. The bad news: it just deleted the old version. Has anybody experienced this problem. I am using Windows 10.

Update - have managed to get the Capture Date back by reading the metadata from the image but it took two attempts. The first rendered no result whatsoever and the second brought the date back! I could only do it on an image by image basis - selecting several images only impacted the first image in the run.

I installed it yesterday and already want to go back to the previous version.

Pictures not loading in the browse module when viewing Albums.

Font scaling makes the application stretched down to the point the bottom icons are cut off. Everything just looks weird and stretched. (Using 2k monitor and Windows 10).

It gets so slow I can barely move thru the picture when zoomed in.

    I absolutely hate it!

    Where can I download 2019.0 and 2019.2?

ON1 should have opened up the Beta to all users, not only plussers; there would have been a wider testing base. Also the .5 was not long enough in Beta. Not good for their image, not good at all.

Przemyslaw, go to your Account and you can download any previous versions you've purchased.

Brian, you can only download the latest versions. I.e. 2019.5 NOT 2019.2.

Gerry, you're right. My apologies. I tend to keep my old installers for just this reason. Sorry for the confusion.

2019.5 is just an incremental version of 2019, there is no 'older version' to leave behind. That only works with major versions like 2018 -> 2019. The only way to go back is to have a copy of the older version to install which means that you would have needed to save it.

If anyone is having major problems with 2019.5, they should be submitting a service request and let On1 know what's wrong.

If you need a copy of an older version, I think you can request that from tech support.

Thanks Rick for the clarification. As for problems I have lots of them with the worst loosing the edits of a series of images I spent hours working on. I always keep in my download file a copy of the last version/update, so I will try to install again 2015.2.

I am also having a problem with the latest version and my Wacom Tablet.

Same problem as Gerry Whitmarsh. I have logged the fault. I am going to reinstall 2019.2. I am disappointed that this latest version was not beta tested properly before it was released.

There is a known issue with using the Windows Ink option with Wacom tablets. With it turned on pressure sensitivity works but clicking & dragging do not. Turning it off allows the tablet to work only without pressure sensitivity. There is a thread on this topic at https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360043716532-Problem-with-Wacom-tablet.
