Lightroom edits lost upgrading to 2019.5

I migrated my LR catalog two days ago and all was fine. Then I upgraded to 2019.5 today. My Lightroom edits are not showing up anymore. Should I re-migrate my catalog? if so, will it duplicate the on1 sidecar files? It took ~12 hours to migrate the first time.
