Unable to download 2019.5

I have tried for the past two days via the app and from the downloads page. It begins and then stops shortly after. I checked the speed of my ISP on Speedtest and it is showing 18.8 mbps so I don't think that is the problem. After reading some of the comments here I am wondering if it might not be just as well to wait because it sounds like once again there are multiple problems. Anyone else having problems with the downloading?

  With Photo RAW 2019.2, checking for updates indicates 2019.5 update is available. The download stops with the progress bar approx. @ 1/8. This is a reliable termination point having attempted the update download many times. The download will not resume from the stopping point. I have submitted an inquiry to Support.

  Thanks, David sounds like the same problem. I also have contact support. At this point though even if I hear back from them I will probably wait a while to download the update since the previous version is working pretty well as long as I don't use it as standalone. I was looking forward to the dual screen and history improvements but it sounds like the update has too many problems at this point. 

  I am running OS 10.12.6 on an iMac, 3.3 GHZ Intel Core i5 w/ 32 GB 1867 MHz DDR3

  Prompt response within hours from  Tech Support & QA Engineer: "If you have difficulty downloading from our normal download links, try downloading from our alternative dropbox links. This typically corrects download issues for users who are experiencing difficulties with their downloads."

  The dropbox link download went seamlessly, the installation likewise. Not yet delving into 2019.5 Stand Alone beyond opening, ascertaining all photos were in place & a cursory edit run through. Kudos to Tech Support for the solution.

  Thanks. Good to know and good luck to you. I haven't heard from them yet but just submitted this morning. As it stands right now I am going to wait and see how things are doing in a month or so.
