2019.5 unusable
It seems I am not alone with this complaint. This is the usual pattern that I have noticed with every new product on1 releases...it is consistently full of bugs or plain doesn’t work. It appears to me that this company is so market driven that updates are simply not ready when released. I have had to wrestle with everything they’ve developed. Some are minor problems, others not so minor. The point is I’m getting very tired of this pattern, so tired that I’m at the point of saying the heck with it and sticking to Lightroom and Photoshop. I’m just not in the mood to fiddle with this much longer.
I am a WIN 10 user. My computer is a bit long in the tooth, but I don’t seem to have any problem using Lightroom and Photoshop. For one thing, this latest upgrade is claimed to be significantly faster than 2019.2. On the contrary, I find it much slower, so slow as to be inoperable. I like the direction on1 is trying to take this software but they need to get the technology right before they market it. It is better to slow down and get it right rather than alienate their user base with release after release of shoddy updates. If they keep pushing the marketing side of things this company is headed for the trash heap of history.

I have the problem with the latest release as well, however, I'm sure it will get addressed. It's very frustrating when something you like doesn't work, but spending hundreds of dollars more for software in the cloud is not an alternative. Version 19.2 works well, just use that till it gets worked out.

Worst update ever, completely unusable, my frustrations are compounded by on1 lack of response, go read they’re twitter account, I complained about the about date and there response was. GIF of Jimmie Fallon say WHAT, seriously

Charles, If this is your tweet in the picture below you weren't specific about what didn't work only said it didn't work. I can't really blame them for that. That said instead of posting the GIF they could have asked what your issue was.

Ditto. Slower. My previews are displayed in graphic high contrast wether I have them set to fast or accurate. I can't export from browse anymore because it exports these high contrast images. In export, which I have to do from edit mode now, slow, my size settings keep automatically sliding back to the defaults instead of keeping my settings as before. When I go to open up a folder it starts searching for that folder for about a minute instead of just opening it instantly as it did before. On1 has always been very buggy, I've been a user for years, but this update has more bugs than a tropical rainforest. My lightroom and aurora work fine with zero problems. This is a software problem, not a computer issue. If this isn't fixed quickly I'm saying goodbye to on1 permanently.

Yea that was my post on Twitter, sure I didn’t get into details but by that point I can’t believe they didn’t know they had issues

Charles yes but you weren't specific and detailed with your tweet. What on Earth did you expect someone to say when you just say "Doesn't seem to work". When you rail against a response to a very non specific negative comment is a bit unfair. Don't assume people know what your issue is.

Oh David your probably right, I shouldn’t have assumed that since the update that the large number of people contacting support would let them know they had a problem, that being said a lot of folks have rolled back to the previous version and yet still no response from on1 other then update your drivers.
