Very different colors whem importing from Lightroom 6

I'm testing ON1 Photo as a good candidate to replace Lightroom 6 and the first key requirement is the ability to have a good import form my catalog (50k pics).
Obviously I need it to be automated since I can't go around to fix all of them by hand....
I tried to import a small set of mountain pics (basically an ad-hoc catalog) that I already adjusted within Lightroom and most seem quite similar but the colors of the sky and shadows are... very different!
Whereas within Lightroom I see a slight violet cast the ON1 version is blue-electric... very different!
Any suggestions on how to handle this?

p.s.: I'm using a wide-gamut monitor with ad-hoc color profile on windows 10, if that makes any difference
