ON1 Effects 2019 export issue - can't change folder, freezing

ON1 Effects 2019 (stand alone) is freezing if I try to change folder in export. Same issue as with 2018 version, so ON1 has not done anything to that issue in a year!?? I have informed them about The Issue in 2018 version a year ago and they answered that they know that issue and try to fix it. Until they published ON1 Photo RAW 2019  they told that they don't fix it. And it seems that they never do, maybe they don't know how... again one of those...

I'm using Win 10 and latest updates.
