How can I improve the exported forest landscape image?

Hello, community!

I am working on mainly landscape pictures of rain and cloud forest.  Here is an example of the issue I am having.  

Picture #1 is the final image edited and enhanced in On1.

Picture #2 is the image exported at 72dpi.  As you can see the forest (trees and bushes) are full of dark spots. 

Could you tell me what I am doing wrong to get picture #2 like that? I have this same problem with all the forest landscape.  I used to work with Lightroom 5 and I never had this issue.
