2019.6 Yay! Finally!!
Well, for 7 months I've been having problems with RAW 2019. I've complained about results, sluggish response and much more, as were others. Support (especially Stevie) has been patient but they tend to lead me down "your hardware issue" However this release now seems to have caught up to the marketing hype. I have noticed big improvements in masking, refining and AI brushes within the Edit module. Even though my MAC is older, the program now works (for me) as it did before 2019. Whatever they found, they fixed. I wish I haven't lost so much time on so much troubleshooting and errors, but such is life, I look forward now to use add this program back to my workflow. Although I'm a little nervous about RAW 2020! ;) hope current users get a big discount on the next full version!

I agree, I think they finally fix the problem that many of us was having using Windows 10. This is the most stable this program has been in months.
I'm sticking with the comments I made the other day that ruffled some feathers, they should make the program stable before adding new features. I would stay a ON1 customer if a substantial discount is offered when RAW 2020 arrives. This year was completely lost with unusable software!

Now I'm on holiday and I installed the update on my wife's Mac Book air (I7, 128 GB internal SSD, no external dedicated disk for ON1).
The performance improvement on this machine is not so greater.
At the end of next week, I'll be at home and I'll try to install on my Imac.0 -

Last Saturday I installed on1 2019.6 on my Imac at home.
To avoid problems, I uninstalled the previous version and made a new installation of the 2019.6 version
I didn't see any performance improvements.0 -
All the improvements are brilliant, but until they fix the Wacom tablet issue I am stuck on 2019.2 which, while missing a few bells and whistles, works fine for me.
<edit> Oh, I see I am in the Mac section; I am on Windows - sorry.

Well, the fixes I was excited about in this post is just one area I was having problems with. There still many areas plagued with issues but the area I use the most is working better.

Bill, I hope for a heavy redesign for the 2020 version and also a special price for the owners of the 2019 version for what they had to support... 😨
