Wacom tablet use with 2019.6 on Windows

I've seen previous posts on this for earlier versions, but did not see a solution.  My Wacom tablet will not allow me to use sliders with windows ink on.  If I turn off ink, I can move sliders but have no pressure sensitive control.  Any help appreciated.

  Patrick, the release notes for 2019.6 indicate this issue has not been fixed. At this time there is no solution - Turn windows Ink off and be able to use sliders or leave ink on and use pressure sensitivity. For me the easy choice is Ink OFF. I personally hate pressure sensitivity and never use it. I have the keys on my tablet mapped to increase and decrease brush size and opacity which is much easier in my opinion.
