On1 Will not open

All was fine, now I get this message and On1Raw does not open??

  Hi, James

  Yes it does require OpenGL 3.3 to run. On my up to date PC, ON1 runs OK apart from a few known glitches, but on a very old laptop it will install but then when I try to open a photo, I get that dreaded message.

  James, your Toshiba has an Intel HD Graphics gpu. Be sure you have the latest drivers for it and that it has been configured to be used by ON1 PhotoRAW. You can find instructions for this at https://on1help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000138471
