Quarter size images

I am trying to print an image 13 X 19 and this is my first try. The results are puzzling. I see the printed image about 1/4 of the page size. I just tried it on Photoshop and it worked fine. Is there a workaround on this? I would rather print inside ON1 Raw. Any help would be most appreciated.

  Hi, Peter.

  Just a thought - after printing from Photoshop and going to ON1, did you also go into printer settings in ON1 and configure the 13x19 print size there.

  Other than that, you would need to give more information to diagnose the problem
