quarter size prints

I first tried to print within On1, i set the paper type and profile as I would do in Photoshop. I can’t think that I did anything different just by using On1. The results as I said were quarter size on a sheet of 13 X 19 paper.

  Peter, I've attached a screenshot of my Print window for a 13x19 sized print. Does yours look like this?

  What are you image pixel dimensions and what dpi did you use to print? A screen shot of your printer settings window might help.
