Epson printer driver problems
Having problems printing from On1 2019.6 to both Epson 3880 and P800
Print dialogue has now changed and I get "Printer Features',appear instead of 'Print Settings'
See screen shot
This does not occur with other applications (Affinity Photo, Aurora HDR or Luminar Flex) but does occur printing from Apple Photos.
Any ideas?
At the moment I am having to export to Affinity to get a print

Just below the orientation on your screenshot, it says 'Printer Features'. Is that a drop-down where you could change that to settings?

Hi
Normally I get the dropdown for 'Print Settings' as in this screen shot from Affinity, this what I used to get in On1
The entire print dialogue in On1 `(and Photos) appears to have changed.
The 'Printer Features' drop down is accessed from the screen below

The same problem with Canon iP7200. And quality of printing worst, even if I select best quality in the combo boxes. In the 2019.5 work fine, as expected.

This is a printer issue but not really associated with your ui problem. I'm using a Canon Pro-10, and the software refused to "save" my paper type and it prints a thumbnail size image even though everything is set to 4"x6". I know that this is the beta version, but they should have tested this before releasing this mess for a fee.

Nobody paid for the Beta and the final version hasn't been released yet.

So the $79 paid on Thursday was with virtual money? Not according to my charge card company.

No, the $79 you paid on Thursday was for the final, as yet unreleased version of the program. No purchase was necessary to download and test the free beta.

Why are You talking about beta? 2019.6 is release, and You can download this version from the official Free download page (https://www.on1.com/downloads/). Ver. 2020, yes it is a beta, but 2019.6 not.

Hi
My original problem was with 2019.6 but this was also apparent in 2020 beta.
After much testing it would appear that the problems lie with Apple and their preparations for the introduction of Catalina.
I have spoken at length to On1 support about this matter and they have been vey helpful.
I will hopefully be resolved with the introduction of the next release of 2020 and the release of Catalina from Apple.
The problem I was having also affected all Apple applications including Pages, Numbers etc.

Yep. I just checked. The same problem, when I upgrade the Capture One 12.0 -> 12.1.2.

Thanks for the update Pete.
Gary, because you pre-paid for 2020 you can also get 2019.6 from your Accounts page.

I understand that Brian. I still have Raw 2019 installed, so the printing job continued just fine. The printing module is not the only issue that needs to be fixed. I think we're just going around and around on something as simple as semantics and expectations. On1 decided to incentivize beta testers to purchase the 2020 version. At that point, my expectation was that the software would have been much further along, and that's where the disappointment comes from. I've been a beta tester for others and generally the work previous done was much further along than this. October was advertised as the launch date. Given the list of issues still to be fixed, Is that really still possible? This version of Raw 2020 is quite raw.

I agree, it needs a lot of work. It sounded like you were upset about paying $79 for a beta, I'd be upset about that too. I just wanted to be sure you knew there were other options and you did. It's all good. :)
Hopefully they can get things sorted out in the next few weeks.
