Print Module won't print higher than 8 1/2 x 11

I tried to set up and print a 13x19 on my Epson P800

The paper size selects fine but in the preview screen it shows a small print inside the larger page.

This includes selecting fill.

Printing prints as seen on the preview screen.

  Please document the steps you took to do this and open a Support request with On1. If you can include any screenshots of your setup and an image of the result you got, attach it to the request.

  Hi, James.

  Under "Print Area", try clicking on "Custom" then set your cell size Width x Height. By default it shows 8.5 x 11, so it needs to be changed to something under 13 x 19 to reflect your borders, for instance 12.5 x 18.5 if you want 0.25" borders all round.
