Delete Multiple Files Not Work
First I asked help because it was only deleting my first highlighted image.
So, I followed the answer of filtering for "X" images.
Highlighting all of them (CTRL+A)
Then I hit Delete.
It asked if I wanted to delete 1 image.
I confirmed hoping that it would in fact delete all the "X'd" images.
It deleted the first image, which was the one that was super selected..

What mode are you in? Are you viewing your images in the Thumbnail view or do you have the Filmstrip open? When the Filmstrip is visible only the super selected image (the one visible in the browser window) will be deleted, i.e., one at a time. Return to the Thumbnail view (G key) and it will delete everything which has been selected.

When I do that, it asks to delete all photos selected. In this case, 4. Does your selection look the one in my screenshot? If it does, you may have to log a support request.

If you open the Filmstrip it will only delete one image at a time. I checked. :)

Ah, good to know.
Yes, I just checked this for myself too.

Thanks Brian and Rick, that worked.

If you want to delete multiple images using the Filmstrip view, simply select all images you want to delete, right click one of them and select Delete from the pop-up menu. That will delete all selected images.

Thanks Edvard. That will be very useful. I just wonder where all this was in the manual.
I believe all the manual says was to select all you want and press delete.
Or, I missed the thumbnail and right click rules.

It works exactly as Adobe Lightroom so I didn't give it another thought.

Hmmm. I knew I could delete multiples from thumbs and the strip in LR. I thought I could even, in the strip, just press delete.
I'd have to check.
One thing about ON1, even tho I am enjoying it, is that LR still have the most 'convenience functions' of the two apps.
