Change date format

Hi

How can I change the date format. PR is currenlty using US format MM/DD/YY rather than the system (UK) format of DD/MM/YY

  There are no options in On1 to change it. If On1 isn't reading that from your Op Sys, I think you're stuck with it.

  If you like, you can submit a support request and let them know the format is not changing as it should.

  The same problem exists on all three of my Windows 10 PC's (2 desktop and one laptop) for both On1 2019 and On1 2020. These PCs have a range of processors (two i7 and one Ryzen 7 2700) and build dates for the machines are between 2012 to 2018. All systems are current for updates and the International System Settings are Language - Australia with Keyboard - US. Other software has no problem with date formatting.

  2019 and 2020 currently co-reside on my PC for reasons such as this. Called experience, learning from undocumented "features" between software upgrades.

  In On1 2019 (and earlier versions) from my recollection, the date is displayed as Oct 6, 2019. While not desirable there is no confusion.

  In On1 2020 however, the date displays as MM/DD/YYYY, which is very confusing and an absolute pain for a non US customer. PS It is also damned illogical.

  Otherwise the software has been stable and fast.

  I agree completely, for some reason America changes all sorts of things! however, cant On1 2020 read the date format from the system settings? obviously my setting is dd/MM/yyyy

  Please change this as a matter of urgency.

  There has been a suggestion made on The ON1 Photo RAW Project page for adding more date display options. Go there and vote for it. When enough users have voted for an idea the company will implement it. https://www.on1.com/products/photo-raw/ideas/idea/exif-date-should-be-available-in-multiple-date-formats/ 

  The ON1 Photo RAW Project page is the place to make suggestions for changes or additions to the program. While the company does monitor these forums, they do not actively participate here nor do they take note of user's suggestions made here. Take a look at what others have suggested and vote for those ideas you agree with.
