Is this a good place to report bugs for 2020? (PS - Hi)
Hello - currently 24 hours into evaluating 2020.
I've encountered one or two issues which are bugs (I'll probably have more "how to" based questions also, but need more time)
Is there a better place to get bug info to On1?
Anyway - this one is: I'm using magic trackpad with tap configured for click.
Using tap to click on buttons in PR probably only works 25% of the time - 75% it does nothing, or only changes the colour of the button with no acutal response. Sometimes the currently selected buttons also stay blue when the new button changes colour. It also fails to work in a similar way when selecting pics in thumbnail gallery or drop down menus, or slecting looks etc etc.
Physical click always works fine. "Tap" click works in all other respects and in all other apps on the mac.
Anyone else seeing this?

To answer the question you asked in the title. Yes and no, this is a good place to come and collaborate with other ON1 customers. However, if you need help from an ON1 customer service or technical support agent, we recommend you submit a request »

You might find someone to discuss this with here, but we are not On1, we're just users like you.
If you want to report a bug, use the Submit a Request button at the bottom of this page. Also, include the info requested in this article...
Feel free to post your How To questions when you're ready.

It isn't just tap to click on a trackpad that causes this. I reported it during the beta as it happens occasionally when I use my Wacom tablet too. There is something in the UI that is not registering all clicks properly. A second tap or click with the stylus usually clears it up on my system.
