File feature in the Print module not workng

The “file” feature in the print dialog is not working with ON1 2020. I tried this feature on three different Macs:

1. New iMac running 10.15

2. Older iMac running 10.13.x

3. Older MacBook Air running 10.13.x

Each time I click on the “file” icon a window appears where I can rename (if I wish) then select a place to save the file. click on OK and then nothing. No file is ever created. 

Has anyone else experienced this?? I have alerted ON1 support. I saw this also in all the beta versions.

  James, I'm running Win 10 and it works for me.

   

  One thing I notice, once you select the file name and then press Save ( Win 10 ) you still need to press "Print" in the lower Right corner to generate the PDF file.

   

  Seems like once you hit save it would go but it doesn't, you do need to hit Print

  That worked. Once saving and clicking on Print creates the PDF. Thanks again.
