Export causing strange artefacts PR2020

When I export a photo using the export button and resize it, I find the resulting exported jpg has strange artefacts on it.

If I go to resize and export from there, all seems fine.

Anyone else experienced this?

  First, you'll want to make sure your video driver is up to date...

  You can try going to Browse before you Export, sometimes Exporting from Edit is not always accurate.

  Also try turning off GPU Render is the System preferences. This will make the export VERY slow, but if it works there, then the problem is GPU related.

  Thanks for your suggestions.

  Always go to browse before export - I've experienced that issue before

  NVidia driver updated - Made no difference

  GPU render switched off - Made no difference (Export is still near instantaneous, so doesn't slow down at all).

  I'll report it to ON1
