  If you go to the main ON1 site then click on your avatar in the top left corner of the page you'll see a link called Products. Clicking that link should show you your purchase history and allow you to download anything you've purchased.

  If you are not seeing your 2020 purchase there you'll need to contact support about this with the Submit a request link below.
