Is the expected behavior for Photo Raw

Before I submit this as an idea, I thought I'd better make sure that this is normal behavior and not a bug>

After quitting Photo Raw (specifically 2020) and restarting, If I quit while in Edit mode, the program restart in Browse mode.  Not a huge deal, but not what I expect after using Lightroom for many year.

A bigger deal is that when the program restarts, all of the folders in the left panel have been closed.  This is a real time waster if one is working in a folder that is buried a half-dozen levels deep.

So, expected behavior or bug?

  It also happens in the Window's version of 2020. A PITA.

  Same for me (Mac version) and annoying indeed.

  Don't think it's "a bug" but definitely a wrong behavior and an unthought in the development of the software (there are unfortunately many others..).
  As you submit the idea tell us, I will add my 5 stars comment.
