    That is something you would have to ask the company directly. The folks here are just other users like yourself.

    Have you tried a different browser? I know everyone has their favorites and those they absolutely hate but it would be worth trying something else as a test to see if anything changes. If nothing else it would give you some additional info to pass to support.

    David - you might also try clearing your browser's cache as well.

    Yes - if you don't have your browser(s) set to clear the cache everytime it closes, go in the setup menu and manually clear them.  Also, windows puts a temp folder in the Users>[whatever your computer name is]>AppData>Local>Temp; clear that also.

    One more thing would be to check the disk space free on your drive - if space is low (and/or being used by temp files) it will be difficult to load large files.

    Forgot to add; once you have cleared all these files, clear the recycle bin
