Lightroom plug-ins

I just updated to 2020.1 (8205) and during the course of the installation I received a pop-up message that said something like "We have installed Lightroom plug-ins" (I can't remember the exact wording.)

Since I no longer have Lightroom installed on my system,- I was a bit puzzled as to the exact meaning of this message.
