printer ,module doesn't work
I have mentioned this problem before and so on your latest update I thought it might be fixed however it wasn't. One is unable to print and utilize the sizing functions in your print module. Therefore we are unable to use your program to print. Transferring from one program to another in order to print is very time consuming and so subsequently we have been using programs that have both and editing function and a working printer module.
The printing module in 2019 On One program works, why don't you just copy that to the 2020 version?

David, you are not addressing the company here. This forum is for user-to-user help. While the company does monitor this site it rarely responds here. If you are having a problem you can either ask other users here about it to see if you may be doing something wrong or if they are having the same problems, or you can contact support directly with your question via the Submit a request link at the bottom of the page. A description of how it isn't working will be very helpful regardless of which route you take. Explain what you were doing, how you have things set up in the print dialog, and how they are not working as you expect.
I don't do any printing from my system so I am unable to help, sorry.

The print module in 2020 14.0.1.8205 works fine on my early 2015 MBP running 10.15.1 Catalina.
Different paper, different size, no problem.

I wonder if it is an OS problem as I have the Mojave OS and the print module is wacky. However, the printing on their 2019 version works fine and I have no issues with Lightroom,Capture One,DXO or Photoshop
