    It seems to me that "Solved" only means that tech support is done with the report and have closed it in their reporting system. They can close it for several reasons — they've passed it along to the engineers for fixing, they are unable to reproduce the issue and/or they don't consider it to be a problem, if they  want the suggestion to be made on the ON1 Photo RAW Project page where suggestions like this are voted upon by other users then implemented if enough people vote for it.

    Solved does not mean that they've actually fixed anything. What was their response to you?

    Can't remember ever receiving a reply. I will check the project page. It is not really that important, just an annoyance, and they have enough on their plates as it is.

    Hi Gerry,

    I've taken a look back through your requests. I recommend submitting your idea to the ON1 Photo RAW Project Page, as this is where our developers look for ideas for future updates: https://www.on1.com/products/photo-raw/ideas/

    Hi Kahlie, thank you very much for the reply.

    There is already a request on the project page, so I just up-voted there.

    Cheers, and have a Merry Christmas. While I am at it, I wish all the ON1 staff and Moderators and those who give up their time to reply and give advice to others A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR.

    Hi Kalhlie,

    I think this date issue really is something your ought to fix, especially now that you are trying to sell your product more outside the USA with the (attempt at :-)) translations.

    Most of the world does NOT use the American MM/DD/YYYY format, so it  would be very useful if you could localise that as well.

    Thank you;
