Cannot delete photos

I try to delete a photo and get an unknown file system error (3328).  NOTE:  the photos are on a remote system on my local network.

  I'm not sure why you are seeing the error message. You'll have to ask tech support, sorry.

  I have this same problem. I contacted tech support and sent them my log file.  I would told that this issue would be passed to the developers and someone will get back to me.  

  What's interesting is that I also use Luminar 4 which is pointing to the same photos, located on another computer accessed via the local network and Luminar has no problem deleting the images.

  Hi, I have mac and I'm running ON1 as an admin.  I don't think this is a permissions issue because I can delete images from within Luminar.

  Hello everyone.
  I make my first steps with ON1 and I have the same problem having organized all picture on a Synology Drive.
  Changing pictures between folders does work. But delete pictures does always create the error message of the thread - unknown file system error (3328)
  
  Does anyone have an idea how to resolve? I start too like ON1, but I'm even happy to have all my pictures organized on my NAS Drive since years.
  
  I'm using macOS Catalina.
