Dragging to 2nd monitor

Hi,
just did a fresh install of 2020 (14.01.8289). When I try to move Photo raw to the second monitor the application hangs.
Same is true when opening the Dual mode.

On1 is the only application where I notice this.

Graphic card is a nvidia RTX 2080 TI
Computer has 64GB RANM
Processor is an I9-9900K

Any ideas how to fix this?

  I have the same with Ryzen 7 3700, 64Gb and RX 580 8GD5. Is there a fix for this problem?

  There is no fix. Follow the instructions in the previous post to report the problem to On1.
