You should better tell the problems you have, your post is just stupid.

I have an "old" iMac (2012, Mojave) and ON1 works fine for me (apart some language translations and minors issues).

Many users here have an iMac or other Apple or Windows machine, some of them have problems but explain them and many times the problem is between the seat and the computer...

I contacted support sometimes, and got answers too.

    So keep cool !

Sorry you're having problems. The program does work quite well with Macs. You haven't given us much to go on to try and help you solve your problems however.

    • What is your system configuration? iMac model, OS version, any external drives, how much free space left on your boot drive, etc.
    • What are you doing when the program is having problems?
    • What have you done with tech support to try and solve the problem?

Your experience with tech support is atypical also. I've always found them responsive even though they are not always able to provide an immediate solution to my problems. Sometimes I've had to walk them through reproducing the problem before they can see it for themselves but once they do see it it gets sent to the engineers for fixing.

Well Brian that was cool and as for stupid well lets just say not giving ten support is stupid. I have done EVERYTHING you people have told me to do and NOTHING has fixed my problem. If you people cared you would pick up a phone and call and trouble shoot this. I am sick and tired of being led on a wild goose chase by a so called Bot system. I have explained what's going on until I'm blue in the face and your very helpful technique support system just keeps me headed down that path of no support.WHY?

    Hey Steve,

Obviously you're upset, and I do apologize for your frustrations. I see that one of our Technical Support agents replied to your request about 30 minutes ago. Please reply to the ticket with as much information as possible and we're happy to troubleshoot this issue with you.

I emailed support earlier this week and got a response within an hour with a solution to my issue.

The point of my post was not to make you feel bad, I was trying to say that support can (does) respond quickly to requests at times.  I imagine it depends on the backlog of emails, the time of day, etc.  Honestly, this was the fastest response I have gotten from support (thank you, Kahlie) but usually it is within 24 hours.  I do NOT make many support requests so I am not suggesting that they are always fast.  I can only report on my own experience.
