Print Lab Kudos

I'm really impressed with Nations Photo Lab. I ordered a large metal print for a Xmas gift back in Nov; I was informed last week by the recipient that there was a slight indent on the surface. I contacted NPL, sent a pic of the imperfection and they issued a $100 credit.
