Lens Correction for Sony E 18-135mm f/4.5-6.5 OSS
When I use my 18-135mm (SEL18135) lens with my Sony A6000 camera, On1 Photo Raw 2020 has NO problem recognizing and using the correct profile. When used with my A6600, the lens profile says there is no match. Any suggestion on how to contact, Sony or On1?

Submitted, thanks for the help.

The problem is that the two bodies are reporting the lens ID differently. When you contact support be sure to give them the exact spelling the A6600 is using for the lens ID.

Thank you for the response. I think you nailed it.
In the Lens correction section:
A6000 Lens Info: Sony E 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS
A6600 Lens Info: E 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 OSS (Note: Missing the Word Sony and Has "F" instead of "f/"In the Metadata/EXIF
A6000 Lens: Sony E 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 OSS
A6600 Lens: E 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 OSS (Note: Missing the Word Sony)0 -
In the case of my Sony a6400 Photo Raw lens correction does not find the 18–135 lens, but when I scroll for the lens there is an item for an E 18-135mm f3.5-6.3 OSS lens (none of the Sony lenses State Sony)
In the Metadata the lens is identified as an E 18-135mm f3.5-6.3 OSS i.e. No capital F
On release of PR2020 one of the known issues was “Not recognizing known lens on Sony a6400 (E 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 OSS)” Note the capital F
I reported this information to support some time ago regarding the capital etc. but have not received an answer. We can only hope they are working on this before the new release
In the meantime, I have made an Style to apply automatically
