    Hello Dirk,
    The reference of a Iightmeter is 18% grey. The effect is that when you photograph both a black and a white surface the photos will look the same. They are respectivaly over and under exposed.
    I understand that you have quite lot of snow in your pictures. That means that They should have taken with 1-2 stops over eposure (maybe you already did, I don’t know). What could help is that in Develop you pull the exposure slider to the right. With a bit of luck the snow will then turn white.
