2020 (14.0.1.8289) Printing Issues
My desktop is Win10 Pro 64bits (v1909), Intel I7 CPU 960@3.20 GHz, 24 GB Memory, Canon Printer IP8760 (also known as IP8750, IP8720). Since upgrading ON1 2020 from version 2020 (14.0.0.7975) to 2020 (14.0.1.8289) I cannot set the printing module to print Borderless Printing, please refer to the screen shot - no issues with version 2020 (14.0.0.7975)
Anyone come across the same issue ? Any help would be appreciated.

I don't see any obvious problem with your setup and yes, many people are having problems with borderless printing.
You're welcome to document the problem and send a Support request in to On1. You can attach the screenshot and be sure to describe exactly what you're doing to help then understand the problem.

There will be a new version of On1 at the end of the month. Hopefully it will have some of these fixes in it.

I got a reply from ON1 Support:

For this issue you may need to select fill for the print area.
If this doesn't take away the borders then you may need to change the orientation of the image from horizontal to vertical and then select fill to see if this allows your image to print properly.End Quote
That works in my case the Custom Size changed from 29.7 x 21 cm to 21 x 21 cm - I changed it back to 21 x 29.7 cm, and when I clicked print ON1 2020 crashed.
